I offer personal sessions virtually and in person. Rapid Eye is an easy way to feel better without delving deeply into the story of your pain. After a session, most people feel lighter and find it easier to navigate situations without that heaviness. I offer a 10-session program, though many people notice a difference after just one session. I believe in the sacred importance of developing and nurturing a relationship with yourself. I teach skills and offer new ways of perceiving things to guide you toward your highest vision of yourself.
